Clicktale - A better Web Analytics Tool

Clicktale is an amazing tool that allows you to see exactly how your customer interacted with your website. Clicktale films your visitor moving their mouse around the site, and you get to watch it played back to you.

Every time we've used it, it's given us some better understanding of what we can improve on our website. They have a free version which let's you watch 10 customer video's a day, and then above that they have paid versions, all well worth the time invested.

The only competitor that comes close is Crazy Egg, by Neil Patel's firm, ACS SEO. However, Crazy egg just shows you where the mouse focuses on, and doesn't actually record the individual user.
